Why not save time in writing Christmas cards to colleagues this year and make a donation to the League of Friends of Alexandra Hospital, for your Ward or Department. Just call in at the League’s office (opposite the Coffee Shop at the Alex) and ask for a Christmas donation form, where you can enter your name, and your colleague’s names, and the Ward or Department you want the money to be spent on. In the week before Christmas we will publicise your donation (if you want us to) on the WAHT Intranet and the League of Friends website.

Another idea to raise funds for your Ward or Department is to register on either www.easyfundraising.org.uk or everyclick.com and nominate the League of Friends of the Alexandra Hospital to receive donations on your online spend (Charity number 518322). When you send with online suppliers such as Amazon, M & S, TK Maxx etc., the League will receive a donation (up to 2%) on your purchases. Please try it.
