Physiotherapy Department offers Gym Classes for Alex Staff

The Physiotherapy Department at the Alex is offering classes to promote the health and wellbeing of their colleagues.

Starting this October, regular classes are held in the gym for those members of staff who would like to improve their strength, fitness and general well-being.  Working with the Physiotherapy staff, League of Friends was delighted to be able to contribute over £750 towards the purchase of equipment for the new classes.
